I started home brewing about 15 years ago, and I’ve dabbled in beer, cider, mead, wine, and other fermentable foods and drink ever since.

Along the way, I’ve been kept company by a couple of absolute sweethearts: first, Daisy our yellow lab, and now, Luna, our labradoodle. They are the inspiration for the name Doodle Lab Brewing - what I’ve come to call my home brewery.

This site will be a place to share some of my recipes, techniques, and stories about my experiences brewing and my love of these two wonderful canines.
